Monday - Friday, 10a-3:30p (Non-Performance Weeks)

Tuesday - Sunday, 10a-3:30p (Performance Weeks)

 

The Box Office will NOT answer calls 2 hours prior to a performance.

Our team will be onsite when the lobby opens 1 hour prior to curtain to handle any box office and ticketing needs.

HAVE A RECEIPT BUT CAN'T LOCATE YOUR TICKETS?

No problem. We have them on file. Please call our Box Office or see our team located at the tables in the lobby.

* All tickets are automatically sent to the email on file when the original purchase was made.

  Please search "CCAE Theatricals" to locate the original confirmation email which may be in your junk folder. 

  Tickets are not an attachment in the email, but can be retrieved through the blue button located in the body of the email.

CAN'T REACH A CCAE THEATRICALS TEAM MEMBER?

 

There are three easy options for you to ensure our team follows up! 

       - Call the Box Office at (442) 304-0505. Leave a voicemail with your name and reason for calling. 

       - Send an email through the 'Chat' feature on our website (see the lower right hand corner of the screen).

       - Email our Box Office Associate Holly Lapp directly at hlapp@theatricals.org

Our Box Office team is diligent in returning all inquiries made during closed hours. 

TICKET PICK UP POLICY

Tickets purchased through CCAE Theatricals directly through our website www.Theatricals.org can either be printed at home or scanned at the door directly from your phone. CCAE Theatricals box office staff will be present one hour prior to each performance to assist with any ticketing issues.

All tickets sold through www.artcenter.org will be held at the California Center for the Arts, Escondido Box Office, and we request that you pick them up at least 30 minutes before curtain. The Box Office will open 1 hour prior to curtain for every performance.

ARE THERE FEES ON TOP OF THE TICKET PRICE?

A flat $3.00 fee will be added to the cost of each ticket.

This fee helps to cover the operational costs associated with our ticketing and box office services. 

​

EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. CCAE Theatricals tickets are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend your performance date, you may return your tickets to the company as a tax-deductible donation or receive credit toward a future ticket order purchase to a CCAE Theatricals production.

 

Tickets purchased through the California Center for the Arts, Escondido box office or on www.artcenter.org are subject to the policies of CCAE. We ask that you please notify the Box Office associated with your point of sale at least 24 hours prior to your originally scheduled reservation if you intend to donate your tickets for tax credit or box office credit. 

 

No exchanges or cancellations are permitted for group orders, aside from additions/deductions within a group that maintains a size of 10 or more guests.

WAIT LIST POLICY

When necessary, wait lists begin 1 hour prior to curtain. Interested patrons must arrive in person to join the wait list. If any seats become available, they will be sold to those on the wait list in the order in which they signed up. Tickets will be sold at full price - no discounts are accepted for the waitlist.

RUSH TICKET POLICY

Based on availability, $30 general rush and $20 student/educator rush tickets are available 1 hour prior to curtain at the CCAE Theatricals box office table located in the lobby. Please bring your valid Student or Educator ID to purchase. Tickets may be purchased with exact cash or credit. Limit 2 tickets per person.

WHAT IS THE GROUP DISCOUNT ON TICKETS?

Save 10 – 15% on single ticket prices when you bring a group of ten or more.

HOW DO I MAKE A GROUP RESERVATION? 

To purchase group tickets to a CCAE Theatricals show, please call (442) 304-0505 and ask for group sales.

HOW DO I PAY?

We accept all major credit cards on our website and over the phone and one of our representatives will process your order in real time.

You will be emailed a confirmation for your order after the payment is processed.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE THE NUMBER OF SEATS IN MY GROUP RESERVATION? 

You are welcome to add (depending upon availability) or subtract seats at any time up until one week before the performance. As long as the group count remains at 10 or above, the discounted rate is still valid. Less than one week prior to the performance date, we cannot subtract seats, but we can add seats at the same rate (subject to availability). Payment for additional seats is due at the time of reservation.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY GROUP RESERVATION? 

All group sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.

CAN I HOST A PRE OR POST SHOW RECEPTION? 

Sure! We are happy to help you plan your pre or post-show reception. Additional fees may apply.
