WILLS & TRUSTS (BEQUESTS)

Gifts made by bequest will be put to work in our community for years to come. In some cases, charitable donations by bequest can reduce estate taxes for other heirs. It is recommended to seek legal advice when establishing requests, to create or amend the necessary documents. Please contact your legal counsel or contact CCAE Theatricals for a referral.

Sample Bequest Language:

 

“I hereby give to CCAE Theatricals, a nonprofit corporation located at 1276 Auto Park Way #402 in Escondido, CA 92029.

$ _____ or _____ percent of the residue of my estate) to be used for its general purposes.”
